Their personality (the conscious, crystallized self) and their design (the unconscious, magnetic life force) meet in a particular configuration: the Personality axis is the Collective Channel of Tribal Law (Gates 45→26), while the Design axis runs from the Root to the Solar Plexus through Gates 47→22 — the Channel of Openness (sometimes called the "wave" or "abstraction-to-form" channel). Where these two axes cross, the individual becomes a living junction between the laws of the tribe and the pressures of the emotional wave.
