The wave has a recognizable rhythm. It begins low, climbs toward a high, reaches a peak, and then descends back through the low again. Each cycle can take minutes, hours, days, or even weeks depending on what is being processed. Neither the high nor the low is the truth. This is the most important thing to understand. The high feels like revelation; the low feels like conclusion. Both are points on the wave, not conclusions drawn from it. - Trust the return to neutral. The middle always comes back. Acting from that place is what the strategy was always pointing toward.
